Join Our Team
Blue Sage Psychotherapy Group (formerly Marla Vannucci, PhD and Associates, PLLC) is a highly collaborative and well-integrated group of therapists who bring both shared and unique specialties. We are a growing practice offering virtual and in-office services to adults, late adolescents, and couples/polycules. Our group is based in Chicago, and we also have clinicians in Maryland and Missouri who work remotely. Our primary clinical approaches are psychodynamic and family systems, and each member of our team brings distinct areas of expertise, including eating disorders and body image, relationship/couples therapy (including LGBTQ+ and polyamorous relationships), perinatal and women’s mental health, parenting, life transitions, trauma, and emerging adulthood. In addition, we provide training and education for professionals, organizations, and community groups. As a team, we value warmth and encouragement, ongoing mentorship and lifelong learning, diversity in backgrounds and perspectives, and commitment to ethical and excellent practice.
We welcome an addition to our group who shares our passion for providing comprehensive and personalized care to our clients. We are seeking licensed or license-eligible clinical professionals to join our practice who work from a psychodynamic and/or family systems lens, share our professional values, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Candidates may share our areas of clinical expertise or may bring their own specialties.
Currently, we have openings for full-time and part-time clinicians. Applicants should be licensed or license-eligible in the state of Illinois or, alternately, have secured or be willing to secure the PsyPact E-passport. In-office, hybrid, and virtual work are available. We are also open to clinicians who currently have other employment and may be seeking a position in which they will gradually build up to full-time practice in our group rather than joining full-time immediately.
